foodSome of Blowing Rock’s best dining venues will be showcasing special lunch and dinner menus during Restaurant Week, Monday, June 1 through Sunday, June 7. To date, ten restaurants have signed on to the program, offering up to three-course meals priced between $15 and $30, according to organizers at the Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce.

“This year’s event offers the local consumer and visitors an opportunity to try several really great restaurants at a reasonable cost. Blowing Rock has become a real ‘foodie’ destination, featuring a great variety of locally owned restaurants. There is truly something for everyone during Restaurant Week,” said Charles Hardin, Executive Director of the Chamber.

The following restaurants have confirmed their participation: Chestnut Grill at Green Park Inn, Foggy Rock, Divide Tavern, Bistro Roca, The New Public House, Town Tavern, Gamekeeper, The Restaurant at Gideon Ridge Inn, Table at Crestwood and Papa Joe’s Italian-American Restaurant.

Participating restaurants can be found at blowingrock.com/restaurantweek. Links to individual restaurant’s web sites will detail the meals, menus and prices offered, along with information about reservations if required. The web site will be continually updated with additional information and restaurants participating.

Restaurant Week is a program of the Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce and is sponsored by US Foods and Tryon Distributing.
